Millenials Are New Stakeholders of Educational Process

Abstract

Academic society, as well as the workforce employers of the region, have recently expressed concerns per students’ preparedness upon their graduation. They claim the students are not ready to enter the workforce in many ways and their readiness does not comply with the corporate and business world social order. The topic deserves attention. The article describes the life-cycle of an educational product or service, analyses the current situation on graduates’ preparedness for entering a workforce, and provides the information on students’ preferences for their choice of university studies. The collaboration of BSIB with students and employers is described in the article.
